What's inside Prana Chai?

Roasted spices, black ceylon tea, fresh ginger root, honey & love.

Nothing artificial. There isn’t a trace of additive, sugar, sweetener or colorant that goes into Prana. It is all-natural and hand blended.

Why is Prana Chai sticky?

Because it contains Australian bushland honey. All the ingredients are coated with honey just enough to bring out the flavours, nothing like the sugary, powdery, chemically processed Chai that’s available everywhere else.

How do I store my pack of Prana Chai?

Keep it in a dry cool place, best using an airtight container. No refrigeration is required.

What's the shelf-life?

One year. Even after opening.

Do I need to sign up to buy?

You can sign up for an account when you complete your checkout. It may be a hassle, but it helps us and you to keep track of orders and it speeds up the ordering process the next time you buy something from us.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and direct bank transfers.

Prana Chai is available all over the world. This website services mostly Asia, and if you’re not from these parts, here are our other websites:

North America, Australia & Oceania, Europe.

How much is shipping?

We offer Free Shipping for all orders within Malaysia above RM 80, and as for other parts of Asia, we calculate it per order. You will be able to see the shipping amount before completing the checkout.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

We send our parcels using Skynet/Airpak/PosLaju within Malaysia, and FedEx for other countries. It will usually take 2-3 days to arrive.

How do I return / exchange items?

Unfortunately due to the perishable nature of our product, we do not accept returns nor exchanges at the current moment.
